Yes — gently and patiently. We help you safely recover access to email, accounts, and devices where we can, and set up a clear plan going forward.

Is this safe? Do you keep my passwords?

By default, no — we set up a password manager that only you hold, and we never ask for your banking or take remote control. If you choose our optional secure vault, we store the account details you pick, encrypted — our team can open it only to help you, and you can have it erased whenever you wish.

How is this different from just using a password manager?

A password manager is one tool, and we set one up for you. The plan goes further: we make sure it's used right, nothing important is missed, and family can reach what they need in an emergency.

Can my adult children arrange this for my parent?

Yes — many families do, for peace of mind. Just give us a call and we'll arrange a visit that suits everyone.

How much does it cost and where do you offer it?

$249 per person, or $350 for a couple, as a one-time in-home setup. VIP Family Plan members save $50. We serve Barrie, Innisfil, Collingwood, and Simcoe County.
